
Fuller Tummy has developed programs that allow you to not only learn how to cook healthy, restaurant quality meals in your own home, but also gives you the knowledge on how to shop for ingredients, learn valuable safety and hygiene tips, as well as preparation and cooking skills.
Note: We are able to adjust recipes for people with allergies e.g: Celiac, lactose, nut allergies. For other medical restrictions we recommend you speak to your doctor or specialist and we can work together to find the best solution that works in with your diet. Changes to recipe’s will add additional costs.

In this program we teach children and parents how to make healthy nutritious exciting food for their lunch boxes. The foundation of Fuller Tummy LUNCH BOX planning, shopping and preparing their own meals, encouraging independence and a lifetime skill.
This product is based on our existing Fuller Tummy programs, where we teach Domestic Kitchen Management including shopping and organising of your kitchen. Make a valuable investment in your Childs health.
Level 1 includes recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is the perfect way to begin your culinary adventure - even seasoned customers can learn a lot from this level. (This level is compulsory.)

In house training utilized at your discretion. We strongly recommend that the first session is a minimum of 4-6 hours giving us time to cover basics such as knife handling, personal and kitchen hygiene shopping tour and explanation of the training booklet. Kitchen organization is optional.
Purchases of shopping items are at the clients’ expense.
Some of the dishes from Level 1 include: Roasted Pumpkin & Rocket Salad with Shaved Parmesan & Toasted Pine nuts, Tuna Nicoise, Bocconcini and Basil Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breast with Roasted Root Vegetables and a Balsamic Reduction – as seen on Brisbane Extra, Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry with Asian Noodles to name a few.
Learn how easy it is to make stocks, sauces, soups, braising and slow cooking, this section is a great foundation for all great meals. Learn how to take cheap cuts of meat and turn them into masterpieces. The beauty of this section is that it's easy and items can be prepared in advance to minimize time spent in the kitchen.
Some of the dishes from Level 2 include: Lamb Shanks with Red Kidney Beans, Fuller Tummy Vegetarian Lasagna, Cauliflower and Goats Cheese Bisque, French Onion Soup, Seafood Risotto to name a few.
Pastry: Learn easy methods of making cookies, muffins, sorbets and ice cream, cakes and many other fantastic dessert items. Sure to be a huge success with any sweet-tooth!
Some of the dishes from Level 3 include: Orange cakes with Passion fruit Icing ( gluten and dairy free), Banana Bread, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies, Assorted Friands, Baked Fruit tart, Profiteroles, Lemon Citron Tart to name a few
Reinforcing Levels 1 through to 3: This level we'll concentrate on plated dishes, combining everything we have learnt in the first three levels. We'll start with entrees, moving to main courses and desserts. Many of the ideas will branch off into lunches, dinners, and snacks to cater to the every day needs of your family. This is a great level to do take your day to day dinners to the next level or impress family and friends at your next dinner party.
Some of the dishes from Level 4 include: Warm Tomato Salad with Kalamata Olives & a Parmesan Wafer, Caramelized Onion and Goats Cheese Tart with Mixed Greens, Pesto Encrusted Salmon with Asparagus Risotto & a Tomato Coconut Broth, Pan Seared Duck Breast with Sweet Potato and Banana Puree, Caramelized Pine Apple Demi, Profiteroles with Vanilla Ice cream and Chocolate Sauce, to name a few.
Home entertainment: A very exciting level where we teach you how to make canapés, platters, party ideas, cocktails, martinis and many other exciting recipes. This training and information will make you the envy of your neighbourhood and friends
Some of the dishes from Level 5 include: Sushi/ Seafood or Vegetarian Tempura, Beer Basted Turkey with Apricot Sauce, Oven Roasted Prime Rib with a Red Wine Demi Glace, Roasted Pumpkin and Blue Cheese Brushetta, Coconut prawns with a Coriander and Sweet Chilli Aioli, Butter Chicken Filo Parcels with a Cucumber Rita to name a few.
Degustation: learn the art of preparing, cooking and serving several courses in a row. There will be a number of recipes and examples to choose from, but you are now the master of your craft. You can choose serving courses from 4-12. This level is a fantastic level reinforcing levels from 1-6.

We specialize in teaching people how to cook in their own homes and now you can utilize our services for a private luncheon too. Our goal is to show you better ways to entertain, whilst learning and indulging at the same time. We offer Fuller Tummy Lunch and Learn parties in your home for up to 8 people and will guide you and your friends through the recipe cards and involve you in the preparation of the meal and then you sit, relax and indulge.
