Having morning sickness made me feel un-well preparing food. Given that my husband wouldn’t even know where the saucepans are in the kitchen, I had Duncan from Fuller Tummy come to my house and cook a number of meals that I could freeze and re-heat for my husband and myself. Duncan is very professional, friendly and of course – a fantastic chef!. Even now that my morning sickness is starting to subside, I will continue to use Duncan’s services, so that I can always have some yummy, healthy food in the freezer instead of getting take-away.

I was introduced to Fuller Tummy through a friend and was excited about what they had to offer. I have 2 young kids at home and I find it difficult to cook for them and make it interesting and still be healthy and create foods that they will eat. I was impressed with Duncan’s professionalism and his natural ability to teach myself and the kids in a way that we all enjoyed. Duncan gave me the confidence within the kitchen and passed on great tips and ideas on how to shop more effectively and how to organize my kitchen at home.
I was a little worried that it might have been a little too difficult for me with my lack of cooking skills and knowledge, but I was delighted to find it so easy to follow and it was lots of fun. Duncan delivered his Fuller Tummy LUNCH BOX program to us with ease and it was not only helpful to learn what to pack in the kid’s lunches, but he made it fun as well.

The only cooking we did before Fuller Tummy was cooking toast and 2 minute noodles now we have full range of the kitchen and can bake cookies for our friends, make delicious pesto and goats fetta pizzas, blend delicious sauces and mayonnaises. It has really brought our family together because we are sharing the experience and eating together as a family at meal times. We particularly love the mexican eggs and corn cakes with maple syrup on the weekends and mum was thrilled on mother's day when we cooked up a beautiful breakfast on our own. Cooking great meals has stimulated our taste buds - we are trying foods that we have not tried before which extends into great leftovers for school lunches. Thanks Duncan, you are a great teacher.

Level two of the Fuller Tummy program has been the best investment I have made in a long time. The money we’ve saved from planning shopping, buying only what we need and using everything we buy has recouped the cost of level one even before starting the second stage. There’s been substantial cost savings in not having to buy takeaway any more – which had been up to three times a week, I’m ashamed to admit.
Another great outcome has been the positive comments from family and friends about my weight loss, which is mainly due to living the Fuller Tummy way of life. I have never eaten so much fresh food before, all without chemicals and preservatives. It’s been a huge hit for my family. My daughters are all very keen to check the preparation list and see what they do to help, making for great family bonding time.
We all prep and cook together, with the kids taking turns to write the menu sheet for the week ahead. All five of us can get dinner ready in a flash now, even my husband wants to help because it’s all so well-organised and easy.

"With both of us working full time and with three active daughters my kitchen, pantry and fridge were totally disorganised. With no menu planning I was thinking about dinner on the way home from work and having to defrost meat which meant eating late and that does not work with a hungry 4 year old. I was throwing a lot of food out without an inventory and wasting money because I was not organising our meals in advance.
Duncan has turned our lives around by showing our girls and my husband how to cook and prepare meals - something foreign to them all. He has shown me the benefits of shopping only once a week instead of a 'snatch and grab' approach every day, saving money by not throwing away uneaten food each week and re-working my pantry space, fridge and cupboards so that I have the right cooking utensils and pantry ingredients.
We are now preparing meals as a family on Sundays which can be eaten throughout the week giving me more time with the children to assist with homework and read to my youngest daughter. I cannot thank Duncan enough for his input and professionalism he has brought the family together in the kitchen. The skills I learned from the Fuller Tummy workshop have saved me so much time that I've been able to start evening Italian classes for my holiday there later this year. With three active children, I have always had to be well-organised in the kitchen, but now that I know the chefs' tricks of efficient grocery shopping, advance preparation and quicker cooking, I have easy systems in place, and we're eating healthier, more varied and tastier meals than ever. Fuller Tummy takes the chore out of planning and cooking. Hi Duncan and Michelle,
I am so glad to hear that you both finally started your dream business over there in Australia. After reading your write-ups and viewing your web page I can see that this is exactly what you were doing for me and I can’t thank you enough for all the personalized attention I received and how great an instructor you were. Getting to enjoy the great food we prepared was a bonus! Your method of instruction made everything seem so simple and I can remember all you taught me and I now enjoy cooking more than ever. The fact you went shopping with me and showed me not only what to buy but how to tell the quality of the foods as well made for a much better stocked kitchen. Also, because of your teaching we are now eating much healthier food and I am actually losing some weight and both of our blood sugar counts are starting to drop which is just fantastic. At this rate I may be able to soon lower my diabetes medication and hopefully Sheryl will be able to stay away from taking insulin.
I really enjoy cooking more now and I only use fresh vegetables and more fresh herbs. Sheryl just loves everything I cook and so do I.
Love you guys lots and look forward to your return trip here or perhaps we will pop down and surprise you with a visit.
